Westminster chimes greet you every fifteen minutes, as you stroll on manicured lawns under the warm summer sun... Just a short scenic drive down the Niagara River Parkway, from the Whirlpool Aero Car. The clock itself is made up of 16 thousand selected carpet bedding plants. The staff of The Niagara School of Horticulture maintain and plant twice a year. |
